We are supporting the development efforts of a fast-growing, exciting multi-Billion$$ company headquartered in Downtown Atlanta. This company is enjoying outstanding commercial success and a titanic revenue stream. The tasks at hand include a massive amount of new systems development and a major overhaul of the existing technical infrastructure. SolTech has been asked to supply some of the key talent needed for this very impressive work.

We are looking for several talented Java/J2EE Developers at the “couple of year” level. Translated from hiring-speak, that means we have great work for smart and talented Java Developers with a year or two or three of experience. We’re looking for great technical mechanics, enthused J2EE & Open Source techies, and user-friendly and business savvy heads. You’ll be part of a talented team focused on providing exciting new solutions for our client. This long term on site engagement will be the first of your high quality projects as a SolTech employee.

We are looking for:

•	Degree; Sun Certifications are a huge plus
•	1+ years of paid employment as a Java Software Developer
•	Proven facility in Full Life Cycle Development for commercial quality three tier applications
•	Strength in classic J2EE and/or Open Source (we love to see as many as possible: JSP, Servlets, JDBC, a major RDBMS, Struts, Spring, Hibernate)
•	Huge Interpersonal/Client-Facing/Communication Skills
