Java Developer

Position Requirements:

High paced, impactful organization is seeking self motivator to join the Company. The successful candidate has experience working in a high growth, fast paced environment. He/she seeks challenges and enjoys the ability to work in both a team environment as well as individually.
Analyze, design and implement Java/J2EE development projects
Manage full life-cycle development using agile development methodologies
Perform analysis and design using OOA/OOD methodologies

Job Requirements:

     Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
     3 years of experience in the Java/J2EE environment
     Strong analytical skills
     Proven track record providing Java/J at EE transaction processing systems
     Enthusiasm and consistency in performance
     Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
     Creative problem solving skills
     Team oriented
Have at least 5 years in Java development, preferably with experience with JBoss      configuration, JMS, Hibernate, and EJB development; XML 
Experience with version control, build scripts and unit testing;
2+ years experience in client/server Web Services development and deployment; Experience in the telecommunications or retail industries is a plus
