We are currently seeking Top-Notch Enterprise Java Software Engineers with the following expertise:

Primary Skills and Responsibilities:
•	Core knowledge of Java-based technologies including the Java SDK and J2EE technologies including EJB, XML, and JMS. 
•	Experience with user interface technologies such as JSP, XML/XSL, and UI Design. 
•	Experience with Object Oriented technologies:  OOA/OOD, Design Patterns, and UML.
•	Experience with Open source technologies:  Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JBoss 
•	Comfortable with databases, J2EE application servers, and open source tools.
•	Self-motivated, results oriented individuals driven to succeed in complex environments.
•	Dedication to high quality software engineering.
•	Comfortable with advanced techniques in software development and/or mathematics.
•	Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to a variety of technical audiences.
•	Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
•	Technology savvy - Internet, CRM, or e-business experience a plus.
•	Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field. 
•	Passion to be the best at your job and to insure that Online Insight's products are more sophisticated, scalable, accurate, and awe-inspiring than anything else in our marketplace.
