•	At least one year experience with Java Server Faces (JSF) and at least one year of Spring Framework experience. – This is the second most important skill.

•	Object Oriented design and programming experience – at least 5 years. – This is the most important skill
•	Experience with UML – at least 2 years.
•	At least 2 years experience with JBoss or WebLogic.
•	Relational database design experience.
•	Good communication skills.
