SolTech has been asked to identify several talented Project and Development Managers for one of our clients.

Our client is a highly successful B2B and B2C company located in Downtown Atlanta. The companied has doubled in size several times in the past few years. It is an industry leader. This technology-driven company is continuing its enormous growth and is seeking strong contributors who can help build and deliver quality software. There is an immediate need for tech-savvy managers who can provide in-depth technical management, contribute nuts and bolts level guidance to software development, project management and product delivery. Producers can enjoy the satisfaction of pushing great product out the door, being at the heart of the company’s continued growth, and being in line for on-going professional ad career growth opportunities.

The most qualified PM’s and Managers here are ex-hands-on techs who know enough about software development to help guide the process, the tools and the coding at a detailed level. Much of the development here is fast-paced rapid development with project life cycles measured in several weeks. The core systems are J2EE and there are some ancillary systems in C#/.Net and C++. 

We are looking for PM’s and Managers from the ranks of Developers. The ideal candidates will have both training and experience in Project Management and Team Leadership. Opportunities exist at both the Intermediate and Senior Level. Our client offers a huge challenge and a correspondingly huge opportunity for reward.

We are seeking:

•	Degree
•	Multi-year Hands-On Software Development Experience in J2EE or C#/.Net
•	Experience in Project Management with a focus on high volume/short interval projects
•	Ability to step into a Leadership Role
•	Huge Interpersonal Skills
