SolTech has been asked to identify high potential Junior Level Project Managers for one of our clients. 

Our client is an enormously successful B2C and B2B company located in Downtown Atlanta. The company has literally doubled in size a couple of times in the past five years, and talented contributors can enjoy a terrific amount of career growth. This is a high energy and fast moving environment. It’s also very much a technology driven company. You’ll work close to the profit center, enjoy a sense of making things happen, and have the opportunity to grow your career in software development or project management.

The focus of these positions is coordinating the release and implementation of critical software and system links between the company and its commercial client companies. You’ll handle staging and testing and delivery issues and have the opportunity to interface between Development, Test/QA and the End-User/Clients. 

We need great communicators, strong process/project mentality and high energy types. The ideal background is a year of two of Project Management and/or Software Development with a huge desire to be part of the action.

We are looking for:

•	Degree
•	Academic Background in Project Management or Software Development (J2EE would be ideal)
•	One year of Project Management (ideally in a software development environment)
•	High Energy and High Achievement
•	Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
