SolTech has been asked to identify several talented and technically enthused Java/J2EE Developers for one of our clients. These are Full-Time/Permanent positions and the opportunity to share in our client’s excitement and success.

Our client is a fast-growing and very exciting product development company located at the Perimeter. These guys are leveraging latest technologies to put together products that are met with great success in the marketplace. This is a nice piece of the good old days… Doing ground-breaking work and using latest technologies in a tech driven high voltage environment. We are looking for true wire heads (with some social skills) who are great mechanics & inventors, great team players, who live for technology and take pride in doing and creating.

We are looking for J2EE Developers at the Intermediate and Senior Levels. Selection criteria focuses heavily on technical experience and prowess. It also includes a subjective package pointing to a disciplined/customer-focused approach and great social fit in the team. Academic background counts as well.

We are seeking:

•	Comp Sci Degree; Masters a +++
•	3+ years of J2EE Enterprise Software Engineering/Development
•	True Architectural Vision and solid OOA/OOD, Design Patterns & UML
•	Very strong preference for hands-on Open Source expertise (Required at the Senior Level) including Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JBoss
•	Strength on all tiers including Data Base
•	Real record of Contribution/Achievement in small team development of Enterprise J2EE Large Scale Systems
•	Strong Communication Skills
