Client in Norcross, GA, is seeking someone who will serve as a dedicated development resource within Product Development -Position demands the ability to interpret requirements and specifications, and to design, code, test, and debug subsystem and component-level elements within a larger, complex integrated software solution space - This individual is a primary contributor to the team's successful delivery of a set of integrated elements, on aggressive timelines, and with Six Sigma quality 

Key Responsibilities: 
- Development of accurate effort estimates required for carrying out all development activities 

- Participate in design, development, testing, and support of web-enabled applications and components utilizing Java, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Servlets, Web Services, and Unix/Linux. 

- Participate in the development and refinement of subsystem specifications, design/technical documentation, unit test plans, and software user manuals 

- Identification, reporting, tracking, and resolution of defects in deliverables 

- Development and execution of automated test drivers for unit testing, system testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing 

- Provision of progress reports to the Team Lead, Project Manager, and other members of the organization as required 

- Observance and adherence to all existing processes and procedures within the software testing lifecycle, the Product Development department and the organization 

Primary Skills  
- Experience with following technologies - Java, - XML, - HTML, - CSS, - JavaScript, - Servlets, - Unix/Linux, - Use Cases- Experience with ADA (Section 508) guidelines and requirements

Desired: 

- Experience with financial, bill payment, and e-Bill software a plus 
- Experience with BEA's Web Logic Server a plus 
- Experience with MS Visual SourceSafe, CVS, or Subversion a plus 
- Experience with platform/browser compatibility issue resolution a plus 
- Familiarity with ANT a plus 
- Experience with Web Services development a plus 
- Experience with MQ Series a plus 
- Build/config/change management admin experience is a plus 
- Experience with JAWS, Window-eyes, various HTML/CSS validators, and WebAIM WAVE, is a plus
