Java Developer
Responsibilities: The java developer is responsible for implementing new and enhanced functionality for large-scale web/internet applications. This will require interacting with other members of the development team, designing and estimating development tasks and executing against a product schedule. The developer will also be called upon to troubleshoot production technical support issues. 

Overall Qualifications: The Air2Web Developer is a creative self starter who works well in a team-oriented, passionate and high energy environment. The developer has a hunger to create leading-edge software and wants to make a difference. 
Detailed Experience: 1) J2EE Web/Application server experience: Weblogic, Websphere, or Jboss. 2) Java core library technology, JDK1.3 or JDK1.4 or better. 3) Knowledge of some J2EE design patterns. 4) Working knowledge of Oracle or other relational databases (i.e. DB2, iAnywhere, MySQL).
