Seeking a highly motivated and goal driven technical team lead to design and implement key security technologies for our managed security services in order to protect our customers from criminals on the Internet. This person must be a proven technical team lead having strong experience developing software in environments using C/C++, Java, Unix/Linux, and relational databases. Information security knowledge is highly desirable (CISSP or SANS certifications are preferred but not required). This person must be highly motivated and willing to take on high-pressure projects under deadline; have a track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget; and experience leading teams through the development lifecycle while mentoring developers. The role requires hands on technical skills as this person would be expected to contribute to code delivery when appropriate.You will be a key member of the engineering team, responsible for providing vision, analyzing, designing and developing software in a multi-platform environment using cutting-edge technology. You will work with system administrators, security analysts, and internal/external customers to ensure that we produce high quality products that exceed expectations. 

Required Skills:Proven technical team leadership skills Hands on capability w/ C/C++ Unix/Linux fundamentals SQL / Relational databases experience BS in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years experience Experience in building high quality and high performance system A desire to delight internal and external clients. 

Desired Skills:Experience w/ Java/J2EE skills IBM WebSphere MQ IBM DB2 XML Apache SQL Server PHP Shell Scripting Experience working in the Security Field 

Bachelors preferred
