Roles:
- Strong ability to partner and consult at a senior level to quickly identify technical goals and approach in order to customize payment/card products and services.
- Creating and writing reports in a JSF framework using SQL for data retrieval.
- Perform extensive analysis on gathering and elaborating on processes, workflow, and functional aspects of a payment/card product
- Understanding of reporting aspects for a prepaid card system, in regards to client requirements, usage and optimizing of data structures, architecture and integration to 3rd party and core systems.
TECHNICAL
At least 5 years experience in a similar role as a developer
JSF/Facelet experience is required
Experience in working in a consultative capacity
Knowledge of working in design and development-related projects
Familiarity with Quality Assurance tools (such as Mercury Interactive products) a definite plus
Prepaid and payments experience is mandatory
SUN CERTIFIED PROGRAMMER FOR THE JAVA 2 PLATFORM, Web Services, and as enterprise architect (Preferred, not required)
Highly skilled with Linux, STRUTS, EJB, ORACLE , JBOSS, JSF, SQL , Hibernate
INTERPERSONAL
Must be results-oriented and self-motivated and need little direction
Having worked with formalized development methodologies is preferred, such as CMMI
Aptitude to learn and understand changes in software development process, procedures and methodologies
Exceptional presentation and client relation skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
