Seeking a really competent J2EE developer with good management experience to mentor a team of around 10 developers. This Role would consist of:

-Day to day management of the various projects
-Mentoring and assiting the team with Architecture decisions, QA, Release schedules
-Develop project plans, work estimates and risk analysis to implement the  
 requirements
-Identify areas of improvement in process and work with applicable teams to
 improve companies overall productivity
-Hire, train and retain great engineers
-Work with team members to design software applications
-Work with team members to debug and test software applications
-Interact with QA team to identify defects, reproduce them and document them
-Interact with the design team to identify, design and implement the user 
 interface portions of the various applications

Job Restrictions:
----------------

1.	Java programming, including JSP, Servlet, JDBC and application servers
2.	Understanding of MVC pattern and implementations.
3.	HTML coding 
4.	Proficient in JavaScript
5.	Proficient with some scripting languages such as bourne shell, Perl, PHP
6.             Jakarta Struts or similar framework
7.	C, C++ or other programming languages
8.	Understanding of SMTP, MIME and email technologies
9.	JUnit or other testing methodologies
10.	Experience in short-cycle iterative development processes
11.	Relational database experience, designing and implementing non-trivial
                applications
