Our client, the leading provider of information management solutions to the healthcare community, currently has an opening for a forward-thinking, team-oriented J2EE Senior Software Engineer eager to lead the design, development, and release of our next generation of enterprise grade healthcare technology solutions. Candidates must be creative, highly motivated, responsible, and have a passion for solving complex, technical problems. 
Responsibilities: 

Model, design, and develop complex, n-tiered distributed software applications 
Evaluate technical design options based on effort, time, cost, and functionality Conduct design and review sessions throughout the Product Development lifecycle 
Mentor software developers and assist in their technical development 
Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams in defining both a tactical and strategic vision for all related products 


Job Restrictions:
----------------

Fluency in Java (4+ years Java design and development experience) 
5+ years SQL experience, including experience with Oracle and SQL Server 
Experience with JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, Struts, JUnit, and similar J2EE technologies 
2+ years of J2EE development experience, especially EJBs, JMS, JNDI, XML, XSLT, RMI, CORBA, JDBC, 
Expertise in Object oriented design and analysis, including UML and OO design methodologies 
Significant C/C++ experience considered a definite plus 
7+ years experience commercial software development BS/BA/MS in CS, Math, or related field
