Business Analyst  (2 positions open)

The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing the high level and detailed designs for HPC’s clients.  This position requires the ability to analyze  customer requirements, map requirements to application solution, develop design documentation, test plans and execute system tests.  The analyst is a part of a cross-functional team working with project managers, developers and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·	Working with project management, sales and client personnel to determine requirements and develop design documents for the project.
·	Developing test plans and acting as testing resources.
·	Working closely with project management, sales, development and customers to identify, analyze and categorize requirements and translate them into a working solution.
·	Working with development resources to evaluate technical solutions.

Qualifications

·	5+ years of related Business Analysis work in a consulting or professional services environment, supporting banking and/or financial services clients.
·	EBPP, EIPP, AR, and/or AP application knowledge.
·	General understanding of current technology (.NET, J2EE, Web development).
·	Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills for interactions with internal staff and external 3rd parties to address and solve technical and business issues.
·	Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
·	Ability to set and manage expectations, meet challenging goals and deliver client satisfaction.
·	Strong understanding of general analytical and design concepts and tools.

Educational Preferences:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science.
