Sr. Software Engineer

This Engineer will be a seasoned and proved software engineer with at least 10 years of software development experience.  A self-motivated individual with at least 3 years experience with ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET.  5+ years experience with C++, ATL, COM and any system level Microsoft application development is required.  Financial services (payment transactions, i.e., ACH, Credit Card, etc.) experience and knowledge is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·	Ability to develop applications/products against aggressive timelines.
·	Ability to develop applications/products in 3 to 4 person teams.
·	Data and Object Modeling.
·	Use case analysis.
·	Coding of applications based upon both written and verbal system requirements.

Qualifications

·	Proven experience creating .NET applications for commercial use.
·	Understanding of software development cycles.
·	Data and Object modeling experience.
·	Application implementation experience.
·	Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
·	Experience with XML, AFP and/or BlueGill software a plus.

Educational Preferences:

Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engineering . . . or equivalent experience.  7-10 years of experience in system and application level development.
