The team will consist of a PM and the core group of 4 contractors. There is an initial 6 week analysis portion that the team will be responsible for completing; and that will automatically lead into the migration portion of the contract. This is not a trial period; this will set the scope for the actual moving of the content. It will involve the re-writing of existing applications (Legacy written in Perl, Informix Vignette V6) and moving it to Java Apache WebServer and Vignette V7. The team will consist of 2 Architect level individuals and 2 development level positions (see below for description). <br><br>

•	Attend design analysis working sessions to gain a thorough understanding of the intent of the requirements.
•	Assist with defining the deliverable structure and content consistent with task orders and governing lifecycle methodological guidelines; analyzing interdependencies and coordinating technical schedule integration across design teams for producing technical deliverables. Experience working in a standards based and methodologically driven lifecycle is mandatory.
•	Attend design reviews and working sessions to gain a thorough understanding of system design. This knowledge will be essential for producing and reviewing current applications and if necessary test cases.
•	Provide strategies on standardized approaches to the team for requirements decomposition, design, configuration item definition, test scenarios, and complete end-to-end requirements trace ability.
•	Provide support in developing and maintaining the centralized repositories for technical baselines: Requirements (business, functional, system); Design (‘build to’, pseudo code, interface specifications, logic flow, data flows and physical models), Business Process (concepts, primary business processes, and primitive/elemental business processes)
•	Ensure that the JAVA/J2EE code developed executes according to the expectations of the application/system requirements and meets the system design specified (i.e. requirements trace ability).
•	Assist, as required, in executing test cases, debugging development test problems and reviewing required development test reports.
•	Assist with managing the integration of deliverable content from multiple input sources; identifying technical production risks and developing effective mitigation approaches.
