We are looking for someone who can help modify our existing database to make it more effective. Must be able to sit down with our company and understand user needs and design new features with time and cost constraints. Skills: must have 2+ years of Java experience, certifications are preferred. Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, XML, Struts, JUNIT. Must use J2EE application deployment on JBoss/Websphere/Weblogic application servers. Any previous experience developing a database for staffing agency use is a big plus.
