Title: Project Lead/Sr. Developer (C++, Java/J2EE, CORBA, Development on Windows and Solaris) for an enterprise system.

Responsibilities:
o	Understand in detail the requirements, design and implementation of the software including both the architecture framework and functional domains
o	Write software specifications
o	Perform hands-on design and development
o	Responsible for Software releases and deployment 
o	Lead the project team
o	Assist Test Team during system testing
o	Assist Support Team after project completion

Required technical skills:
o	Object-oriented Design using UML
o	Object-Oriented Programming using C++
o	Java/J2EE (JSP, EJB, Entity Beans, JMS, Weblogic\JBoss)
o	Web development experience
o	CORBA
o	SQL, stored procedures
o	Multi-threaded development 
o	Solaris 8 or 9
o	Oracle 9i, 10g

Required non-technical skills:
o	Lead experience
o	Excellent written and oral communication skills
o	MS-Project

Desired technical skills:
o	UNIX
o	Crystal Reports 

Qualifications:
o	BS or MS in computer science or equivalent 
o	5+ years with C++ 
o	5+ years with Java/J2EE	
o	3+ years of web development
