Required Skills:
                4+ years programming in Java environment
·	experience in Senior Development role
·	demonstrates strong analytical and programming/debugging skills
·	delivers high quality code in backend services and/or front-end GUI
·	demonstrates experience with Java, Web applications, J2EE (EJB, JSP), IBM Websphere application, WASD, Clearcase
·	displays proficiency with FedWAY and/or CMMI process
·	exercises functional knowledge with marketing applications and/or marketing business processes
·	communicates effectively in both written and verbal forms
·	conveys ideas/issues and their solutions clearly across all levels of the project team
·	works independently with minimal supervision
·	multi-tasks and responds quickly when priorities change
