Under general direction, independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to FSG standards.  Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written.    Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems.  A top level technical contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge.  May serve as primary system support for two or more complex information systems based on in-depth system knowledge.  May serve in the FSG Solutions Framework roles of Development Lead, Project Manager, Testing Advocate, or Operations Advocate.

Technical Skills:

- STRUTS (MVC framework)
- Tiles
- JSTL 
- Javascript (AJAX is a plus)
- Java/J2EE 
-  EJB
- Spring Framework
- Web Services
- JMS
- UML
- Mac Experience (Safari)
- Websphere Application Server 5.1 or higher 
- WSAD or RAD6 (or  myEclipse)
- DB2, MySQL 
- Unix/Linux experience a plus
