Full Time position working for a world-class Network Security Firm! 


Join a software team developing leading-edge applications for network security. 

This position requires C/C++ programming on Linux Environments. 
Hands-on development role, working with complex problems requiring very sharp analysis and design skills. 

Must be self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. 

SKILLS 
BA/BS or equivalent experience 
4 years of security application development experience is a must 


* Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols and security protocols (e.g., IPSec, SSL) 
* Extensive and broad experience in design, integration and operation of security products such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability assessment tools. 
*Extensive knowledge of the design and implementaiton of complex algorithms. 
*Requires very strong network commuications and protocol analyzer (sniffer) software / products knowledge 
*Extensive and broad experience with Linux OS 
*Familiarity with encryption algorithms and PKI 
Capabilities in writing and reviewing techical design and requirements documents 
*Ability to communicate orally and in writing at all levels, as a team member, with customers, with marketing and sales. 
Experience in a security environment is mandatory 
*possess Linux kernel development knowledge
