An award winning multi-disciplinary engineering, technology, and consulting firm. This client is a leader in the development and deployment of advanced integrated solutions. We are currently seeking the talents, experience, and commitment of a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
•	5 or more years practical experience in Java/J2EE technologies
•	3 or more years experience in C++
•	Track record of designing and developing scalable web applications
•	Java Enterprise Application Development including JSP, Servlets, JDBC and JWS
•	Hands-on experience in XML technologies (SOAP, XML, SOA)
•	Strong expertise with OO design and development
•	Hands-on Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
•	Experience in JDBC with PostgresSQL, MySQL or Oracle is a plus
•	Experience with any of the following is desirable: Apache web server, the Tomcat servlet/JSP container, ANT, Eclipse, CVS, JMS and JBoss
•	Experience with LAN/WAN topology and Virtual Private Networks

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
•	Must possess excellent  interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
•	Must possess the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
•	Experienced in leading small teams (2-3 individuals)

WORK PARAMETERS
•	This position reports directly to the Atlanta Software Group Leader
•	Some travel will be required (10%)
•	Candidate must be able to document proof of eligibility to work for any employer within the U.S.A.
