SUMMARY
Design, create and maintain solutions in the EAD department

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties may be assigned as needed.)
•	Analyze, design, implement and maintain high-quality IT solutions
•	Provide proper documentation throughout all the steps of the development process
•	Follow, create and improve development processes
•	Acquire and master new technical skills


Job Restrictions:
----------------

POSITION REQUIREMENTS  
•	5 + years of experience in software development
•	Solid knowledge of Java
•	Experience with Agile methodologies
•	Experience with test driven development (TDD) and JUnit
•	Solid knowledge of JSP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
•	Experience with and knowledge of Struts and Spring
•	Solid knowledge of database connectivity and SQL query language
•	Strong communication and interaction skills
•	Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines without compromising quality
•	Ability and willingness to work overtime when need arises
•	Other responsibilities as required in the performance of TRX’ daily business requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
•	Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
