SolTech has been asked to identify strong high potential PM’s for one of our clients.

Our client (based in Downtown Atlanta) is a commercial success story. The company is experience enormous growth, industry niche leadership and revenue flow. As part of the company’s growth there are huge pieces of large scale J2EE development going on. Behind the scene there’s a talented R&D Group that provides a variety of deign, development and support functions to the company’s core J2EE systems, new initiatives, and critical sub-systems that are a vital part of the company’s function.

We are staffing three positions for this R&D Group. These Project Management spots drive Software Development and Support/QA functions. We are looking for technically deep leaders. Your background should come from either Hands-On Large Scale Web-based Software Development or Software QA. You should have lead experience (or absolutely apparent potential) in driving huge pieces of Software Development or proving lead/management over a small QA/Support Staff.

These are highly visible positions offering a great showcase for your talent and an opportunity to fast track yourself with a winner.

We need:

•	Degree
•	4+ years Software Development (large scale/Web-enabled) or QA/Support leadership
•	Technical depth in software development or QA
•	Demonstrated ability to deliver effective results in a fast-paced shop
•	Absolutely stellar subjectives including communication skills, interface skills, and a bit of charisma
