A client in Atlanta is looking for a Software Engineer with experience utilizing Java 4 with Java 5 being a plus, J2EE, JSP, JBoss, HTML, XML and UNIX. The client will be using Apache Web servers. You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing programs, as required, to support the technical capabilities. To be successful in this role one must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment. This role requires good communication skills, both with team members and business contacts. In addition, the successful Engineer must be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects. Additional tools that are a plus include any of the following Eclipse, NetBeans, IntelliJ Idea, EMACS, VIM, Web Services, Aijax and Web Frameworks. This project will be a 6 month contract.
