Wow, I still don't know what the hr-speak job is below! 

At air2web we build  high-volume wireless messaging and analytics, as 
well as custom and canned SMS interactions (polling, trivia, etc), IM, 
CMS, Wap, IVR, etc.  Lots of fun. Non-bureaucratic work environment with 
livable hours and blue jeans. We use tools you know and like:  Java, 
Spring, Jboss, Oracle, Junit, + others (e.g., ruby, EJB3, flex, etc, 
depending on the project).
