Looking for four senior-level Java Architects, two are contract and  
two are contract-to-perm. Heavy-duty Web Portal work.

Placing acronyms in your keyword section in not enough. Must  
demonstrate actual working knowledge and experience of technologies  
and of the theory behind them.

* Minimum of 10 years experience is software development
* Deep back-end Java project experience
* Design patterns and object-oriented design at a deep level  
utilizing use cases and other UML diagrams, process flow diagrams and  
entity relationship diagrams
* Ability to mentor others
* Tomcat/Apache or similar container
* ATG experience a HUGE plus
* 3 years JSP
* DB design, Oracle and Microsoft
* JSF and Struts a plus.

* Must speak and write English well. Ability to write technical  
documentation that is readable.

* No H1-B or other sponsorships

Education: Bachelors in computer science. Masters preferred.
