Mid-level knowledge of Windows/Intel architecture and some SAN knowledge.This talent is needed to provide initial configuration and customer interaction to gather and analyze requirements and document solutions

Functional Responsibilities: 
*This group is responsible for Systems Architect for their customers 
*Provide Solutions to their customers on hardware level 
*Group assesses customer requirements and provides solutions 
*Project revolve around Windows on Intel and SAN (Storage Area Network) 
*Must have experience building server infrastructure 
*Must have knowledge of multi-teared infrastructurs (must know about clustering on the back-end) 
*Responsible for documenting what the implementation team need to build out for the customer 
* Deliver tactical and strategicarchitectural design solutions to support a heterogeneous computing 
environment consisting of Windows based servers. 
*Help the design, implementation, and support of an Enterprise level 
systems infrastructure. This includes Server hardware specification with 
possible integration with a backend SAN. This can be a multi-tiered 
setup of web servers, application servers, and database servers. This 
will also include server virtualization 
* Work with Operations teams and other development teams to deploy Company applications into a standardized, robust, dynamic, and manageable computing infrastructure. 

Minimum Skills: 4+ yrs exp planning, design, installation & 
administration of Microsoft Windows Servers. Knowledge of server 
hardware, including SMP servers, SAN storage, server clusters, and web 
services. Knowledge of Microsoft components such as SQL Server. 

Desiredm Skills: Experience in providing highly available, highly 
redundant intranet/internet Web solutions from both hardware and 
software perspective. Knowledge of virtualization products such as 
VMWare and MS Virtual Server. BS in CS/CIS/CE. 

Other Requirements/Notes: 
------------------------- 
Non-Tech Skills: Strong analytical skills. Innovative 
thinker. Excellent and energetic communications ability with both 
technical and non-technical personnel. This includes being able to 
verbally present and document ideas. Be able to manage and resolve 
issues with extreme confidence and resolve. Have strong project planning 
skills and be able to execute them.
