Summary:

Looking for an experienced Java web-based application developer who has proven experience to fill a 2+ month contract (with possibility of extension) to assist in the development of a Struts / Spring application executing on OC4J, as well as maintenance of existing web-based applications.



Required Skills:

1)      References: 1 peer developer, 1 technical architect 

2)      2+ years of web-based application design & development

a.      must provide links to web-based applications worked on 
3)      Technical design skills in Design Patterns, UML (i.e. Use Cases / Story boarding, wireframes, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams)

4)      Database design & development skills (DDL, SQL, PL/SQL as well as Oracle web packages)

5)      3+ years of hands-on Java experience

a.      demonstrable knowledge of Ant, JDBC, Junit, etc 
6)      3+ years of J2EE experience in web-based applications 
a.      demonstrable knowledge of Struts, Spring, Servlets, JSP, HTML, JSP Tags 
7)      JavaScript and CSS design knowledge 

8)      Use of Subversion/CVS/VSS

9)      Use of both Eclipse and JDeveloper

10)     Security implementation (authorization and authentication) experience using both LDAP and Active Directory (AD)

11)     Experience with Oracle Application Server (OC4J)

12)     Comfort in both Windows and Unix/Linux (Red Hat) operating system environments

13)     Successfully complete in-house assessment test

Desired skills:

Oracle Forms development experience
Oracle Reports development experience
