Description:
A client of Reddy Tech has an immediate opening for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Java/J2EE development.  This is a fulltime permanent position at a fast-paced Atlanta area software firm with a full range of benefits including 401k and a profit sharing plan.  Successful candidates will fit in with an exciting, fast-paced software development team.

Duties:
•	The duties for this position include the design, implementation, deployment, and support for the client’s facilities management system.

Required Skills:
•	A minimum of 6 years of Java development on Linux/Unix and MS Windows platforms.
•	Experience designing, coding, deploying, and supporting J2EE applications.
•	A minimum of 3 years working with a J2EE compliant application server (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, etc.)
•	Experience designing, coding, and debugging real-time applications and systems.
•	Knowledge of and experience with RDBMSs in the development environment with strong SQL skills.
•	Knowledge of OOA&D.
•	The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
•	Be a team player.


Desired Skills:
•	JReport or Crystal Reports a plus.
•	Experience architecting and designing data warehouses is a plus.
•	Experience with Cognos or BusinessObjects is a plus.
