Systems Administrator / IT Manager 
  
This critical, highly visible position requires a strong ability to learn,
assimilate new technical knowledge, processes, and standards - and a winning
team attitude. This position requires strong Linux Administration skills
utilizing RedHat Enterprise Linux 3 (and optionally Windows 2000 Server) on
Intel-based hardware.  The ideal candidate works responsibly on tasks under
limited supervision.  Follows standard practices and procedures to analyze,
debug, and modify environments which host networked applications (i.e., Web
Servers, Java Application Servers, Database and File Servers, etc).  Must be
available to be on-call and be prepared to work outside of normal business
hours under certain circumstances.  Must understand risk management
practices and how they apply to service level agreements.  Will also be
primary point of contact for first-level technical support for the in-house
team. 
  
  
Required Skills 
3+ years RedHat Linux System Administration (At least RedHat 9 or Fedora) 
*Experience must be in a production environment* 
Apache 2.0.X 
PHP4 
PERL Scripting 
UNIX Shell Scripting 
IPTABLES firewall rules 
MySQL 2.0.x 
Operational familiarity with Oracle Database Server on Linux (at least
Oracle 9i) 
2+ years Microsoft Windows 2000 Server with Active Directory Administration 
            IIS5 
            Microsoft SQL Server 2000 
User and Permission Management 
SQL scripting 
TCP/IP Network Administration and Troubleshooting 
  
  
Desired Skills 
Experience with Servlet Containers or JAVA Application Servers like Tomcat
or Jboss. 
Oracle Database Server 10g 
Linux Administration in a clustered/load-balanced environment 
Working knowledge of Database Replication in both Oracle 10g and MySQL 
Exchange Server Administration 
PL/SQL scripting
