SUMMARY
Architect, create and maintain solutions in the EAD department

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties may be assigned as needed.)
??	Architect, analyze, design, implement and maintain high-quality IT solutions
??	Provide proper documentation throughout all the steps of the development process
??	Follow, create and improve development processes
??	Provide technical and project leadership
??	Acquire and master new technical skills


POSITION REQUIREMENTS  
??	8 years of experience in software development
??	Proven ability to lead development of medium to large scale projects
??	Solid knowledge of Java in the enterprise environment (J2EE)
??	Solid knowledge of database connectivity
??	Strong communication and interaction skills
??	Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines without compromising quality
??	Ability and willingness to work overtime when need arises
??	Other responsibilities as required in the performance of TRX??? daily business requirements
??	Experience with Agile methodologies and test driven development

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
??	Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
??	4 years of experience with object-oriented methodologies
??	Strong knowledge of Web Applications; 2+ years experience
