We are currently looking for Architect/Sr. Developers in our Atlanta and New York offices. 

These positions are open to contractors and full-time, permanent employees. Architects are expected to:

•	Build web portal solutions
•	Provide hands-on development/coding efforts
•	Lead development teams
•	Represent firm with clients

The successful candidate will have:

•	Experience in Service Oriented Architecture
•	Ability to provide best practice design and implementation techniques utilizing J2EE and web services 
•	Strong leadership skills in order to drive the technical effort across the various teams
•	Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) 
•	Able to make critical decisions under pressure

Requirements:
•	5+ years of web/internet related experience
•	Experience in leading a development team in the deployment of a large scale J2EE application
•	Recent experience in at least one of the following:
o	BEA Weblogic Portal
o	Websphere Portal
o	Plumtree Portal
o	BEA Weblogic Application Server
o	Interwoven TeamSite
•	Hands on development experience in Java/J2EE and Web Services and related technologies; experience with Oracle DB/APP and UNIX expertise are also required
•	In-depth knowledge and experience with RUP methodology and UML Modeling
•	Demonstrated strong client relationship skills and the ability to support the business development team
•	Internationalization experience preferred
•	A willingness and desire to travel as needed for client engagements (yearly travel of approximately 25%)
•	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field desired; advanced degree preferred
