JOB OVERVIEW:
At present we are seeking a Project Manager to work with an established client. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years Project Management experience including both in-house and client development environments.  This person will have previous experience with full life-cycle project management but especially with early-stage commercial software development. An ability to work calmly and provide strong support and leadership to the team are also important. Experience developing accurate calendars with tasking, deliverables and other milestones along with strong verbal and written communications skills will make you a strong member of this team.  As Project Manager, expect to travel to the client’s site 25-40% initially and be comfortable accepting the role of leadership in representing Core Concept, Inc. Required Education: 
4 year – Computer Science or Management Degree and 3+ years industry skills or 10+ years industry equivalent experience.

Job Functions:
·	Experience managing the development of internet-based applications in Java/J2EE;
·	Project Management experience with full life-cycle development of object-oriented software especially early-stage commercial software development;
·	Understanding of n-tier development environments and design tools;
·	Understanding of iterative development methodologies and unit testing a plus;
·	Familiarity with both windows and Linux operating systems;
·	Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
·	Ability to lead calmly and work with others under stress;
·	Experience with creating accurate project milestones, including tasking, managing and problem solving.
