J2EE Architect/Developer âContract-6 months plus
J2EE Project Architect (LOCAL PREFERRED)
A broad range of experience that empowers candidate to provide end to end project life cycle deliverables. Candidate will be expected to finalize functional specifications (analysis), author technical specifications (design), mentor development team, resolve technical issues, construct components, insure overall technical success of project into production.
· Architect must be a seasoned team player
· Minimum of 7 years IT experience and 4 years J2EE experience, preferably with 3 years as a team leader or architect.
· Project milestones will include performing extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes from existing transactional data sources and unifying into a static statistical database;
· Designing and implementing J2EE component services that drive data and processes for a modeling engine and for reporting;
· Designing and implementing JSP and Servlet (MVC) based user interface for rendering report output and editing maintenance data.

4) Weblogic (with current 7.X or higher experience) - 3 Years
5) UML Modeling and Design - 5 Years
6) SQL - 5 Years
7) DB2/UDB - 2 Years
8) User Interface Design with Human Factors - 4 Years
9) Effective Communicator
Preferred skills include:
1) TogetherSoft
2) Understanding of Monte Carlo Simulation and/or Mixed Integer Programming
3) Background in Statistical Modeling
4) Experience as a Team Leader or Project Architect
