The position is for an eCommerce J2EE developer of externally-facing web applications using BEA Weblogic Portal technologies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The position has the following technical requirements:
o Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
o At least 4 years experience developing Java and J2EE applications
Knowledge of common design patterns
Experience using STRUTS framework
Development and deployment of EJB, JMS
Adoption of development best practices and standards
Development of Web applications using Java technology (Servlet, JSP, HTML,
CSS, XSLT)
Good understanding and experience working with XML
o DB2 UDB relational database experience
o Experience working within UNIX and Windows environments
PREFERRED SKILLS
The position has the following preferred skills:
o BEA Weblogic Portal development experience
o Javascript
o UNIX scripting
