We were able to fill the Struts+WebSphere positions and specifically able to
find great candidates from this email list.

Now, we are currently considering a project that would require a developer
with the following skill sets:
- Spring
- Hibernate
- Web application development
- Rich Client development - we may attempt a heavy JavaScript+DHTML
(AJAX-like) implementation for this project.
- At least 4+ years of Java experience

Contract Rate: $45 to $55
Length: 3 months

BravePoint is also hiring a .NET developer with heavy SQL Server 2000 DBA
