It is back to school season in Georgia and your Atlanta Java Users Group is
back in full swing. We are very excited to have Scott Davis visiting us in
July! Scott is a fantastic speaker and one of the great members of the No
Fluff Just Stuff team. Please invite all your fellow cubicle neighbors who
aspire to be the next generation of professional developers.
Our meeting this month is being sponsored by the good folks at No Fluff Just
Stuff. A free pass to NFJS Atlanta will be raffled off at the August and
September meetings. When registering, $50 can be saved by using the promo

discussions within the local community.
Scott is attracted to Groovy because of its spirit of inclusiveness. Because
it extends his platform of choice, not replaces it -- include a single JAR
in your classpath and you are Groovy-enabled. Because it offers full
bidirectional integration with Java. Because it offers a nearly flat
learning curve for experienced Java developers. Come see how you can use
Groovy to augment your existing Java codebase.
