    <title>Lead Java Developer (COM)</title>
    <link>http://www.ajug.org/ajugjobs/job-detail.html?jobId=11970</link>
    <description>This is a Lead Java Development position within our clients Customer Order Management team. This position would mainly be focused on projects associated with the Customer Order Management System, primarly utilizing Java (the rest of the technology stack is listed below).  Here are some details on the two main projects they are currently working on:&#xD;
&#xD;
Project #1: Special Order Customer Communications&#xD;
 &#xD;
Automate order status communications based on statuses /events implemented and supported by Sterling, i.e. no new statuses/events delivered through email, evoice, SMS text, and on their website (myAccount)&#xD;
 &#xD;
Integrate with MyAccount :&#xD;
•       Convert to using enterprise customer record and capture of Communication Preferences&#xD;
•       Provide a view of Customer Order Details &#xD;
•       Provide support for predefined Notes  initiated to the order&#xD;
•       Enable customer actions  on orders, i.e. schedule services&#xD;
•       Provide a view of communication history&#xD;
Enhancements to ESVS (store application for managing orders):&#xD;
•       Expand the Note size, expand the types and search capabilities&#xD;
•       Provide view Communication History&#xD;
•       Enable Email/Fax/MyAccount access to Customer Agreement&#xD;
•       Enable additional line-level communication option for service lines on an order&#xD;
 &#xD;
This team will have responsibility for providing the communication triggers, and for managing the order updates coming back to the order management system from myAccount.&#xD;
 &#xD;
 &#xD;
Project #2: Service Provider Accountability/InstallConnect&#xD;
 &#xD;
The Service Provider Accountability (SPA) Project (also referred to as InstallConnect) will deliver a common user interface for I, F&amp;I, and SF&amp;I service providers to manage all aspect of their installation jobs.    The InstallConnect user interface solution will replace the current ProviderNet and Siebel Partner Portal user interfaces.    It will also give SPs access to other relevant data, currently stored in other applications (e.g. TOA for capacity management).   (Note that the InstallConnect UI will only be accessible to Service Providers and Corporate and Field (such as DSMs) users, through the existing SharePoint portal. Stores will not have access to the InstallConnect UI.)&#xD;
 &#xD;
The current grid/tab UI of Siebel and ProviderNet will be replaced by a look and feel similar to that found on applications running on mobile devices.    The UI desktop solution should be portable to other devices, such as laptop and tablet devices.  The new UI will be accessed via the portal.&#xD;
 &#xD;
The new user interface will be designed so that service providers will view and enter the minimum data required to complete a task, without having to scroll down.   All work can be completed “above the fold”.  Drill-down options to view more details will be available.&#xD;
 &#xD;
This new streamlined look and feel to the UI will make it much easier for SPs to keep their installation related data up-to-the minute current.   This new UI capability will put the client in a much better position to hold them accountable and to keep all job statuses properly updated.&#xD;
 &#xD;
In addition to the InstallConnect UI, the SPA project is also being used to lay the foundation for Home Services Document Management.  This will allow Home Services to dynamically define standard templates (documents, email templates, etc), along with rules and services to access these templates.  &#xD;
 &#xD;
                This team will be responsible for managing the feed of order related information to the SPA application, as well as providing an interface for them to create order management updates.&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
