Burr Sutter, President
Burr is the Chief Technologist for BravePoint, an Atlanta-based IT consulting and training organization. He has over 11 years of software development experience and holds a BSBA in Information Systems. Burr has spent the last seven years focused on Web/Internet application development with six of those years focused on the Java platform as a software engineer, lead architect, author, presenter and educator.
Robert Gash, Vice President
Robert has been working in the field of web development for over 7 years. Has served as the Vice President of the Jacksonville Linux Users Group, has a significant interest in open source projects and been involved with technical book reviews for New Riders. Robert is presently a software engineer for Enkia Corporation working on J2EE-based artificial intelligence software and moonlights as the head teaching assistant for the software practicum at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Sudhir Kamatkar, Treasurer
Sudhir Kamatkar is an IT consultant and developer. Sudhir has over fourteen years of IT experience building solutions in various technologies including Web and Data Warehousing. Sudhir was part of expert group for JSR 69 that is Java API for OLAP data and metadata. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering and is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Web Component Developer.
Justin Meads, Secretary
Justin is currently a contractor at AT&T working as a J2EE developer. He is a graduate of the University of Utah with over 10 years of programming experience. His enthusiasm and skill will certainly benefit AJUG.
Gunnar Hillert
A native from Germany (Berlin), Gunnar has been living in Atlanta for the last 7 years. He is currently working for Spunlogic Inc.
