Add, Modify - Enterprise Application Archive

Greetings all,

Could you please tell me how I can add a new
Enterprise Application Archive(EAR) to WebSphere
Application Server 5.0. And the steps need to follow
to modify an existing EAR (WCS.EAR) in WAS 5.0, i.e
add a WAR, add some new classes in to a jar and then
redeploy the new EAR etc.

Any reference to tech.docs/development links would be
appreciated. Please let me know if the above mentioned
processes has any subtle problems. Thank you, Good
