Problem with Form based Authentication in Websphere

Hi,
  I am trying to deloy a web application in Websphere 5. The application 
uses form based authentication. But whenever I am submitting the login 
information I am getting an error.
Here is tha stacktrace of the error :

Can anytone please help me to solve this problem. Btw this application is 
working fine in Weblogic.
