I'm aware of a number of open source UML modeling tools available (argouml, umbrello, etc). While I'd love to hear of any others AJUG members are aware of, more importantly, I'd like to hear what folks have used successfully to design/model a project for their company and what problems/drawbacks you encountered in that experience.
