The AJUG Certification Study Group uses the Mughal Book ISBN 0-201-59614-8.
Look for the new version for 1.4.  We are using the 1.3 version but we will 
upgrade
at the end of this class.  The strength of the book is it's comprehensive
detail of the subject matter. It helps to read other books to augment some 
of the topics such as threads or io.
