Re: advice on new job



I've heard both about Brainbench certs.

I've had recruiters ask specifically for it, and in fact make me take
test's on Proovit or Brainbench before they would even send my resume to
the client.  I've had others say it's not worth the effort.  

But who cares if it gets you the interview.

Also I have my Java 2 Programmer Cert. from Sun, and the Linux
Administration (General) Cert. from Brainbench.  I tend to get more
respect for the SCJP than Brainbench.

But if anybody is looking for a Linux Admin with Java skills, a Java
Developer with Linux skills, or even a Business Process Analyst, please
email me and I'll send you a resume.
