You've exposed the #1 gripe I had about IDE's.  I use VIM 99.9999% of
the day.  When I run JBuilder, I have problems getting into that mode.

I do know tat some free IDE's have free plug-ins that support VI type
editing.  but they were *never* of the quality I experienced with Visual
Slick Edit.

VSE does not have a graphical designer, but as an idependent IDE that is
not married to a certain language (Jbuilder) it rocks.  I think many
development houses use it too.
