Yeah. I fully plan to get the basic certificate sometime this year [but
I've been meaning to do that for 3 years now], but don't plan to mention
it on my resume unless the job specifies that it wants that certificate.

If I bothered to go further and get the developer certificate, I might
mention that on a resume, but you run the risk of looking like someone who
does certificates for a living.
