The structure should be the same as TomCat with all classes that are NOT in a jar or zip archive being located in the WEB-INF/classes directory and the web.xml file being in the WEB-INF directory. What version are you using? Are you using the JMC to deploy or hot deploy or what? Are you able to deploy, but unable to access the servlet or are you unable to deploy altogether?
