Hmmm...I'd re-read that license agreement if I were you, just to be sure. 
Last time I checked, JBuilder was free to use for *non*-commercial
endeavors, but if you do any commercial work, you are forced to pay for
it.

Things could have changed, but I'd be careful regardless.
