areas.  We will explore antipatterns from Bitter Java, and introduce new antipatterns from the in-progress book, Bitter EJBs.  We will explore architectural antipatterns such as round tripping, the Magic Servlet and the Cacheless Cow.  Next, we will talk about low-level design antipatterns such as Application Joining and Stateless Racing.  Finally, we'll talk about process antipatterns, such as Thrash Tuning.
